PAL-BX|SALT+15 is a hybrid refractometer and salt meter used to measure both Brix (concentration) and salt content in liquid food samples. It combines optical prism technology for Brix measurement and a titanium electrode for accurate salt detection, allowing quick analysis of taste balance in food products. It is especially useful for sauces and other high-concentration samples, enabling direct salt measurement without dilution for faster and more convenient quality control in food production and processing.
With PAL-BX|ACID, the integral parameters of fruit, sugar (Brix) and acidity can be measured with one device. It measures sugar level (Brix) through a refractometry method using light refraction. Also, it measures acidity level through electroconductivity method using electrical current.
